A single press is good for about 60 shirts an hour, and the standard two-press crew clears 100+. We build capacity around your schedule's crunch points — the moment a keynote lets out or a headliner wraps — using staged sizes and a tight art menu.
A 10×10 ft footprint per station and two ordinary 120V circuits cover it. Presses, ink, blanks, tables, and crew all travel with us. For patios and outdoor stages we just ask for shade or cover, flat ground, and a way to roll cases in.
Two to four weeks out is ideal — and during Austin's spring and fall event crush, earlier is smarter. That said, gear stays staged and we've turned events in under a week, so a close date is still worth a call.
Shirts are the anchor, not the whole menu. Live DTF covers full-color art, the hat bar handles build-your-own caps, embroidery adds a stitched upgrade, and totes and drinkware round out the hard goods. A common Austin build: one core tee plus a hat bar.
